In October of 2011 Jess Stanton (nearly 4) and her daddy (nearly 44) established Silly Sauces.
Every Saturday morning they gather together various idiots (well just the two of them) into the kitchen and share the cooking experience. The amazing outcome of this is that while Jess doesn’t eat a heck of alot, she can now say words like “Tom Kha Gai” and “Galangal”. Her daddy struggles still. But then, he is, the senior idiot after all.
Oh yes, and please bear in mind, these are not our recipes, we just try them out. We give credit/links to the authors if we know who they are. If you'd like us to try making a specific sauce, let us know.
